Any request to send your pet’s medical data and your personal information via email SHALL only be shared with your personal email address since personal email is typically unencrypted and therefore not secure;
There is either someone with specific responsibility for data protection in this organization and/or a third party service, Vetology.net, used by this organization to ensure good data protection practice;
Everyone managing and handling personal information is audited either onsite by our staff or when online at Vetology.net;
We adhere to the methods of handling personal information that are clearly described in our employee handbook or posted online on our third party data service provider’s website, Vetology.net;
Our third party data protection service provider, Vetology.net, performs a regular review and assessment of the way personal information is managed and audited through their website.
